I have chosen to makestory telling using images and audio of myself. This of the most creative forms of expressing such historical theme based content. Than just narrating a story in a simple way, doing something creative is better and stays in the viewer’s mind for a longer period of time. Making this video is an effective way of reaching the readers because we can narrate a whole story in a pictorial form and what I feel is people can remember the story better if they see the content and  hearing it and I find story telling with images is a better form in such cases. Pictures here act as time travel, people who do not know what happened in the past can go through the incidents by looking at the images and audio clips.

As I mentioned before viewers find it interesting if the story is told in a creative form such as posters, videos, letters, etc. People are not ready to open books and read stories so we can make videos and add audio to them to draw their attention towards such stories through social media. I personally do not like reading books but when it is on social media or if it is in a form of video or pictures I feel like watching  it or to know more about that content. When it is a historical story people do not have chance of viewing it or experiencing it so when we show them the pictorial form of the story then it reaches the reader more effectively. While making a short video audio mixter I could even add my opinions and views on the story. When it is in a pictorial form it is much simpler to understand than reading the whole story.

I have selected toba tek singh as a place which is existed from 2^nd century and british planned to acquire it on 16^th century for its rich provisions. But the place was ruled by the king and the queen Raja Marthanda and Rajeshwari Devi.The king and the queen was blessed with everything with good kingdom and people but they was a bit sad only because they did not have children .so they considered the people of toba tek singh as their children and was telling that we are ready to leave the lives for the kingdom and people also.As the kingdom and people was happy and peaceful the british people kept on the land of righ provisions.they sent a call to the king and the queen stating that I would call the war on the place toba tek singh and with the conditions that if the people of toba tek singh win the war the british would never keep eye on the place again else if by chance british win the war the people of toba tek singh should grow crops and give the rich provisions to british for free of cost and the land belongs to them.

The war started and it was a contuinues war of 4 day without any break or rest. The soliders faught for the place without food,water and sleep.By the time of winning the battle the people of toba tek singh unfortunatitlly lost the  king Raja Marthanda and queen  Rajeshwari Devi.this shows how much the king and the queen loved their kingdom and which they never thought of sacrificing their lives also only because of their sacrifice the place toba take singh never went under british hand. As the british conditions the people of toba tek singh win the war and the british government kept their word of not keeping a eye on the place again.the partition of india and plays the segnificant role where the whole country was worried and scared of giving the land but the place toba tek singh was not in that scared or worry because their was an agreement where the british or anyone keep eye on the place again.so the people of the place was not much worried about the partition  of losing there place . they were able to stay cool and not woring about partition of the place only because of the sacrifices of the king and the queen.Even though gaining the place I people were very said because they cost they beloved kind and queen and they respected their sacrifice to the place. That’s why the title I have choose as scarifies to toba tek singh .because of that I place is still in exisistance .

I guess if the battle was not won by the people of toba tek singh and the sacrifice of the  king Raja Marthanda and queen  Rajeshwari Devi wasn’t there the people would have gone under british hand and the people of toba tek singh would have lost their peace,joy and happiness and the main place which is excisting till date.by chance the king and queen was afraid to face and war and doesn’t want to scarifies the place the place wouldn’t have late. The people would have been treated as slaves without any income and gain they would have give the rich provisions to british government.
