Report

I have expressed my story through sketching, because am a little good in sketching and and I think story with pictures will make the readers interesting for them to read ,as they read they can see the characters, places in the picture because without readers only imagine pictures in their minds.I am confident that people will love my sketching and story along with it.I thought that sketching would be better than any other way because I think pictures or drawing attracts people’s attention a lot of time. Through sketching I have expressed the theme of my report which is love and love after partition. My sketch shows the life of two people in love after partition.

I personally think and everyone would agree in this, that whenever we speak about history it becomes so interesting that our focus is only to know what happens next ,the intensity will even get higher if history is told in a creative mode of expression and it is important because ,each and every person should know about their country’s history or religious history etc and it is really important to present it in a proper manner, because of not doing so most of the people may feel bored during such times and it happens many a times and thus it is really important to present in a creative mode while we reimagine historical events ,like using different voices or using pictures or using short movies etc should be used while doing so that people do not lack interest while listening to such important topics.

This story is about Toba Tek Singh and Sabha. Toba Singh is a student of class 10 grade and Sabha is a student of class 12. They both fell in love. The both loved each other more than anything in the world. Sabha was 2 years older than Toba. Their age difference, religion, caste nothing mattered to them in front of their love.
They knew for sure that their family will not accept them. Those times love was considered as a crime unlike today where it has become a normal thing. Muslims and hindus were like enemies during those times due to political differences. Having all this, still they loved each other unconditionally. This is why love is called blind. One day partition happend. And India and Pakistan were separated. There were riots, blood and tears everywhere. Sabha's family had to move to Pakistan. Sabha was not ready to go there leaving her man in India. Her father forcibly took her away from Toba and went to Pakistan. Toba couldnt do anything. There hearts shattered and blood tears from their heart. Toba couldnt find her again because back then there was no social media and mobile phones. They couldn't connect each other. Sabha was not allowed to come to India. Toba couldn't find her in Pakistan. Because he didn't know where she was living. Years passed by only memories and their love remained unchanged. But they went far from each other. Toba was meantally shattered. He went into depression. Till now no other girl could occupy his heart. He loved her unconditionally. The person narrating this story is the man who is loving Sabha unconditionally. And yes I am Toba Tek Singh!!!!!.

I hope one day, We find each other again and laugh over whatever pain we might have cause. If not this birth next birth we both will still love each and live happily. No one can separate us.❤

If partition hadn't taken place. Toba and Sabha would have been living happily, making lots and lots of love. They could have stayed together happily with their children in India. They both would not faced the pain that they are facing today.

Thank you❤
